The right question is everything!
If you're asking users for opinions about your product or service (first of all, great, that's exactly what you should be doing!) there's a right and a wrong way to ask them for feedback.
The *wrong* way will get you biased feedback that will lead you down the wrong path and turn out to just be an echo chamber for your own flawed opinions. Ugh, who wants that??
